Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. It must include all original packaging, tags, and, most importantly, the original diamond grading certificates. Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Bespoke & Customized Items
Due to the highly personalized nature of our craft, all bespoke orders, custom-engraved pieces, and rings that have been specially resized at your request are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

To start a return, please contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a secure return authorization and detailed shipping instructions to ensure the piece safely reaches our facility in Surat.
